Candidates for four open Alameda Health Care District Board seats offer a range of policy and practical health care experience – and a universal desire to continue providing care right here on the Island. Four people – incumbents Lynn Bratchett, Robert Deutsch and Tracy Jensen, along with newcomer Jim Meyers – are running for three
